Mariana Barran Goodall, a Mexican artist and designer, is best known for her traditional textile and needlework techniques. Goodall was taught the fine craft of embroidery at an early age and continues to preserve the lost art through the creation of handmade, hand-embroidered linens. Goodall is an entrepreneur, joyfully sharing her timeless methods with the world.
Her week at the Artist Cottage included a lovely Meet + Greet, gallery hours, plus some hands-on time with the artist as she taught attendees the beautiful art of hand-stitching.
