Palmetto Bluff knows how to throw a party, and indeed, we did for this year’s Fourth of July. The golf cart parade is always a crowd favorite, and 2024 did not disappoint. Cleverly decorated carts rolled through the streets, with our residents’ creativity on full display. Members dressed in costume and got into the spirit with themes like “Bluffwatch,” “Costco,” and “Despicable Me,” to name a few. Of course, our canine members also participated in the patriotism and sported their most festive fashions! It’s no wonder the Fourth of July is the sparkling highlight of Palmetto Bluff’s event calendar.
With a breeze along the Bluff and the soulful sounds of the 13-piece band Big Swing, revelers danced the evening away while sipping on root beer floats and enjoying smash burgers, hot dogs, and Cracker Jack popcorn.
Events like these are just a part of what make the community so special here at the Bluff.
