Chris is the Vice President of South Street Partners where his responsibilities include development, operations, and project management. Chris not only oversees Palmetto Bluff Builders but has helped build the program from the ground up.

Jason Kimes
Originally from central Arkansas, Jason Kimes has enjoyed an extensive and varied career that has taken him from the United States Navy to leading Palmetto Bluff’s new built-for-sale program.
After attending the University of Arkansas and his time serving in the Navy, he enrolled in the police academy where he dedicated his time for over 14 years, while simultaneously owning several businesses centered around the construction industry. Jason was then offered the opportunity to manage a successful company that was responsible for the residential construction of more than 400 homes per year.
His experience has evolved and grown even further since then, working with both production and custom home developers, which led to his position at the Bluff as the VP of Homebuilding for the Palmetto Bluff Builders.
